Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Most orders with a value greater or equal to US$99.00 may qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous US (48 states). Oversized products and direct ship products are excluded from this offer unless otherwise noted.

Expedited Shipping
Please be aware that 3-day, 2-day and next day air shipping does NOT include the weekends. For example an order with 2-day air shipping that ships out on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Inspect Parts Upon Arrival
While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped in extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation!

Insurance for Packages
Shipping prices do not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please email us prior to placing your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost, late or damaged items and NewSouth Performance must have a claim completed with the carrier before you can be refunded or before a replacement can be shipped. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for placing a new order.

Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package you must notify us within twenty-one days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country’s time requirement that has been set forth. FedEx can require from twenty-one to twenty-eight business days from the time the claim is started. These are the policies of the shippers and not of NewSouth Performance. NewSouth Performance does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.

NewSouth Performance will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.
